Clarifying Toner

What it is: An oil-fighting toner that refreshes and purifies acne-prone skin. What it is formulated to do: Clarifying Toner is an ideal way to refresh skin mid-day or when washing with a cleanser isn’t an option. This formula features witch hazel to control oil and tighten pores, algae extract to regulate excess sebum production, and grape seed extract and vitamin E to protect skin from free radical damage.
