The Phase Change material goes back to solid at room temperature, making them ideal for on-the-go. Keep a pair in your gym bag or purse for convenient and instant cooling relief. WHAT IT DOES : Phase Change Material pulls heat away from your body to help cool you to the core and provide instant, soothing relief. Place the coldHER pads with the Phase Change Material facing your skin where cooling is most needed (i.e. breast, nipples, underarm). The Phase Change Material will gradually liquefy as heat is being transferred from your skin to the pad. HOW TO USE IT : Once the Phase Change Material is completely liquid or no longer providing cooling relief, remove the pads and allow them to harden again at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the room, it may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once hard, you may reuse again. For extra cold relief the pads may also be refrigerated.
