WHAT IT IS : A limited-edition matte and metallic duo pencil to emphasize and amplify your eye color. WHAT IT DOES : These pigmented matte and metallic shades are infused with emollient oils and waxes for easy glide and a gel-like application. This long-wear waterproof liner lasts up to 16 hours to take you from day to night. HOW TO USE IT : Select the shade opposite to your iris' natural hue to ignite your eyes and make them pop: - Make blue eyes look bluer with Copper Charge. - Make brown eyes look amber with Super Blue. - Make green eyes look greener with Mesmerizing Maroon. - Make hazel eyes look gold with Green Lights. Use the matte shade along the top lash line to create your desired shape. Charlotte recommends pulling the outer corners upward and outward for a more lifted look. Use the metallic side to brighten by placing in the waterline, along the bottom lash line and inner corners.
