Crinkle georgette and a ruffle-trimmed tiered skirt bring effortless movement to this belted flutter-sleeve dress, which displays a blue-and-white floral motif rendered in the style of an ink sketch.
- Fit-and-flare silhouette. Intended to hit at the thigh.
- US size 8 has a 35" body length. Dress length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes 0.5" between sizes.
