Then, switch to the outer corners of upper lips and draw inward until you connect the lines at the center. - To enhance your lips and create a fuller-looking effect, trace along your upper lip line while gradually overlining beyond the natural border of your lips. - To create a contoured lip look, choose a shade deeper than your lipstick to outline lips.
