INGREDIENTS : Handmade Crepes, Pandan-Infused Cream, Pandan Custard Description: This is a traditional take on Matcha Mille Crepes. We added Pandan “Indonesian Vanilla” in our pastry cream, which gives the cake a sweet aroma with a touch of coconut finish. Storage & Serving Instructions: Keep Frozen: Cakes are shipped frozen and may arrive partially or fully frozen. Please store the cake in the freezer immediately upon arrival. They can remain frozen for up to 2 months. Defrosting Instructions: To serve, defrost the cake in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and consume within 2 days.
