Repeat same motion above the elbow, sweeping up to shoulder. Legs: 1. Massage product gently into skin. 2. Using the scooped side of the gua sha, apply gentle pressure while sweeping up the leg from ankle to knee. Repeat around entire leg. 3. Repeat same motion above the knee, sweeping up to hip.
