The hook earrings consist of three tiers of elements that elegantly follow each other from top to bottom in the following order: a clover of black sapphires, a series of medallions arranged in clusters with a blackberry formed by seven round black sapphires in the center, and a Greek cross pendant set with four navette-shaped black sapphires. Some of these pendants depicting various religious images have been embellished with an elaborate frame characterized by a filigree workmanship. On the back of the medallions depicting the Madonna and on the hook is engraved the logo "DOLCE&GABBANA".
