The necklace is characterized by the splendid pendant in the shape of a large cross featuring a filigree design, made of square black sapphires with a flower motif in the center, also made of black sapphires. The composition has been further enriched with a drop pearl, a horn, and some medallions with religious subjects that play with the three colors of gold. A rosette of black sapphires crowns the pendant connecting it to the necklace, enhanced by a carved black jade rose inserted as a terminal. The cross can also be worn as a choker, paired with the provided black satin ribbon.
