The necklace consists of a thin "rolò" chain and a heart-shaped pendant, connected to the main wire by a clover of round black sapphires. The pendant, which bears the logo DOLCE&GABBANA on the back, is embellished with the engraving of the words I love you and a small medal depicting a cherub angel. A spherical pearl has been inserted as a terminal in the adjustment chain.
