HOW TO USE IT: Start by applying at the center of the eyes for a wide-eyed effect. Place the brush on the upper lash line, then draw the product upward all the way to the tips of the lashes for an intense lengthening effect. For fanned-out lashes, focus on the outer corners before going back to the lashes on the inner corners. Use the tip of the brush to reach the shortest lashes. Repeat for desired intensity and effect.
