The Ralph Flocked Denim Shoulder Bag

Drawing inspiration from the fine details found in automotive design, Ralph Lauren presents The Ralph Bag, a new collection of artisanal bags, debuted on the Spring 2025 runway. The Ralph Shoulder bag features an array of highly considered details, including a sleek top handle, a leather keybell embellished with a “Ralph Lauren”–engraved metal plate, adjustable buckled side tabs, hand-painted edges, and a dual-compartment interior. Carefully constructed and luxuriously understated, this bag crafted from a custom-made flocked denim fabric, which is first garment-dyed to the season’s nutmeg hue, then specially printed and hand-detailed with a brown-tone coating and foil to emulate a vintage leather appearance. Whipstitching is done entirely by hand for an added artisanal touch.
