ULTRA LE TEINT VELVET also provides all-day wear thanks to a film-forming agent that envelops skin. HOW TO USE IT: For optimal results, shake the bottle well before use. Once the ball inside stops moving, the foundation is ready to use. Apply from the center of the face outward with fingertips. Build coverage as needed.
