WHAT IT DOES: This specially designed puff picks up, holds and applies powder with luxurious ease. Each puff provides expert application across all areas of the face. KEY INGREDIENTS: 100% cotton HOW TO USE IT: Saturate the puff with powder, then remove excess by tapping the puff on top of your hand. Gently press the puff onto the skin, using a rolling motion to "work" the powder into the skin. To clean, wash with mild soap by hand or machine wash in a lingerie bag.
