What it does: The Velour Puff was created by Laura Mercier to be used to apply the iconic Translucent Loose Setting Powder to create a soft-focus, matte finish. It easily conforms to the contours of your face to set the powder for lasting wear. What else you need to know: The Velour Puff can be washed with mild soap or machine washed in a lingerie bag.
